Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary:

  • Active accounts: Duration of subscription
  • Closed accounts: 30 days then deleted
  • Legal obligations: As required by law
  • Aggregated data: May be retained indefinitely

Sensitive Personal Information

ObserviX does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as:

  • Government identifiers
  • Financial account details
  • Health information
  • Precise geolocation
  • Race or ethnicity
  • Personal communications content
